Fallout From The Election Of Scott Brown

Here are some interesting articles around the web on the stunning election of Scott Brown to the United States Senate from Massachusetts and the Democrats loss of their super majority:

Has Obama Lost White America - Pat Buchanan analyzes the Presidents polling data.

The New Political Rumbling - Peggy Noonan discusses what it means.

The Shot Heard Round The World - Dick Morris discusses Massachusetts and examines the risk to other Democrats in 2010

He Wasn't The One We Were Waiting For - The liberals turn on Obama.

It certainly looks like the health care bill may be dead in Washington. The Republicans are suddenly viable again since they can use the vote of the 41st Senator to filibuster and block Democrat legislation.

In addition, the Brown election will act as a bridge to the November elections that should add more Republicans to the House and Senate.

Barack Obama's ability to pass major legislation for the remainder of his term in office appears to be seriously compromised.  The fact that the Republicans hold Ted Kennedy's old Senate seat and can use it to stop the Obama agenda is simply amazing.
